Booking & Reservations
Making a reservation at Crosscountry Inn is quick and easy! You can book your stay in any of the following ways:

We recommend booking early, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.
We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival may be subject to a one-night charge.
No-shows will be charged the full first night’s rate.
For non-refundable or promotional bookings, different conditions may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly for more details.
We’re happy to help y reschedule your stay, subject to availability.
Date changes are free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before arrival.
If your new dates fall under a higher rate period, a rate adjustment may apply.
For last-minute changes, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist.

Check-in & Check-out
Our standard check-in and check-out times are as follows:
Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
We kindly ask all guests to adhere to these times to allow our housekeeping team enough time to prepare rooms for incoming guests. If you plan to arrive late in the evening, please let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.
We do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests, subject to availability.
Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) may be available depending on room readiness.
Late check-out (after 11:00 AM) can be arranged, usually until 1:00 PM.
Extended late check-out beyond 1:00 PM may incur an additional half-day charge, depending on the time and occupancy.

Payments & Billing
At Crosscountry Inn, we offer a variety of convenient payment options to make your stay as smooth as possible:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major cards.
Cash: Payments can be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
Mobile Payments: We also accept payments via mobile payment platforms like SLT Pay, Dialog eZ Cash, or other local options.
Bank Transfer: If preferred, we can provide bank details for direct transfers.
Please note that payments for the stay can be made upon arrival or in advance. For online bookings, the payment method will be confirmed during the reservation process.

Airport Transfers: We provide airport transfer services to and from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), with private car options available.

Location & Directions
How to Find Us
Address: Raja Ella, Minneriya (approx. 2 km from Minneriya town center, en route to Polonnaruwa)
From Minneriya Town Center
Drive toward Polonnaruwa for about 2 km until you reach the inn at Raja Ella.
From Sigiriya (Sigiriya Rock)
Travel around 35 km toward Minneriya, then continue 2 km toward Polonnaruwa. Look for the inn on your left/right (depending on route).
From Pidurangala Rock
The inn is approximately 34 km away. Head through Minneriya and follow the Polonnaruwa road for 2 km to reach us.
From Sigiriya Airport
We're located about 39 km from the airport. A taxi or private transfer typically takes 45–50 minutes.
